Job Description
Job Summary:
Provides support for warehouse manager required to maintain storage program. Communicates with dispatch, drivers and accounting on inbound/outbound storage shipments. Works with local dispatch, drivers, warehouse personnel, move coordinators and accounting department in performance of daily duties. Works in a normal office environment.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists in separating paperwork for shipments coming in to storage. Assists in converting shipments to perm storage. Checks SIT log to get SIT control # s daily. Gathers storage reports for shipments going out of storage. Logs in Branch 22 paperwork. Maintains vault tracking system. Prepares storage folders, cards, storage reports and exception sheets for the next day s shipments coming in to the warehouse. Performs the duties of Operations/Destination Coordinator during times of absence. Separates papers for shipments releasing from storage. Receives calls from drivers and sets up appointments on the daily storage log. Performs other duties as assigned.Values/Competencies Empowered Accountability:

Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Proven experience with MS Word and Excel. Experience with email.Qualifications Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:
1-2 years experience in moving & storage industry preferred.License/Certification:
Certified Weighmaster.Preferred Qualifications Physical Requirements:
