Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced operation! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse distribution process, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed, vehicle stock is fulfilled efficiently, and warehouse shelves are stocked with precision. Whether you're experienced in warehouse operations or eager to develop your skills, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and store materials properly. Load and unload trucks safely with the use of forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards. Help maintain service vehicles and coordinate equipment repairs when necessary. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves efficiently and ensuring proper packaging for shipping & receiving processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area. Drive company vehicles to deliver equipment and supplies to job sites. Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled jobs or truck restocking. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Ability to frequently walk, bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accurate record keeping. Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration. Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds safely and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
