Job Description

Warehouse & Production Associate Exact Staff is hiring for our client. We are seeking dependable Warehouse & Production Associates to support daily warehouse operations, production activities, and facility organization. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining a safe work environment, and are looking for long-term employment opportunities.
Pay, Schedule, and LocationPay:
$17.50 per hour
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30
PMLocation:
Elkton, MD 21921
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general production and warehouse operations
  • Move, organize, and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Support production teams and machine operators as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
  • Perform basic housekeeping and facility maintenance duties
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Assist with inventory handling, staging, and material movement
  • Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
