Production Based Warehouse Unloader Position

Lumper / Warehouse Unloader - Production Pay Hagerstown, MD Production-Based Pay | Weekly Pay Full-Time | Physically Demanding Work We are hiring motivated individuals for a fast-paced warehouse unloading position. This is a manual labor / lumper role unloading freight trailers by hand. Employees work in teams to unload a variety of freight including: Tools Yard equipment Outdoor products General warehouse freight No forklifts involved — this is a highly physical position requiring consistent lifting, movement, and teamwork throughout the shift. Job Duties Hand unload trailers safely and efficiently Sort and organize freight inside warehouse Work in a team production environment Maintain speed, accuracy, and safety standards Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling Requirements Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation required Ability to work long shifts on your feet Warehouse or lumping experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Pay Production-based pay (earn based on performance/output) Opportunity for strong weekly earnings for hard workers Schedule 1st Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm Weekend availability preferred If you're looking for a job where hard work directly affects your paycheck and you don't mind physical labor, apply today.
