We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader to join our full-time operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with physical labor, take pride in their work, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload freight, packages, and materials from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers Transport, organize, and store products within warehouse and staging areas Secure cargo properly to ensure safe handling and transportation Inspect shipments for accuracy, visible damage, and correct labeling before dispatch and upon arrival Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies in a safe manner Assist warehouse personnel and drivers with order preparation and shipment staging Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, loading, or logistics experience is preferred but not required Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs Capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Flexible and willing to work additional hours when needed
