The Full Case Selector role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and proper receiving and preparation of shipments to meet the needs of our customers. In this role, you'll operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform tasks like receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping—all with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Duties Locate and select full cases of products from designated storage areas based on order requirements Use handheld scanners or other technology to verify product information and ensure accuracy Palletize and prepare selected cases for shipment, ensuring proper stacking and stability Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and resolve any picking discrepancies Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling Complete necessary documentation for shipments, including packing lists and inventory updates Manage Inventory Operate Warehouse Equipment Perform tasks like receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping Requirements MUST have experience operating Double/Triple Electric Pallet Jack (ride-on pallet jack) If you are located in Baltimore, you must be within a 35-45-minute commute from the distribution center location (585 Principio Pkwy W, North East, MD 21901) Highschool Diploma Preferred Skills/Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of experience in food distribution or warehouse environment is preferred Must have at least 1 year of experience in operating heavy machinery such as forklift, pallet jack, stock pilers, etc. Preferred experience using warehouse management system (WMS) and other systems to track performance Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify and select products Excellent physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift Ability to operate handheld scanners, forklifts (if certified), or other warehouse equipment safely Effective communication skills to work seamlessly within a team environment Basic math skills for verifying quantities and reading labels or instructions Willingness to learn safety procedures and adhere strictly to operational guidelines Prior experience in order picking, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus but not required Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential warehouse functions of this job. Must be able to lift, move, and carry 30-40 pounds repetitively upwards of 1,000 times per day. Must be able to lift, move, and carry larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently. The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, climb and sit at times in the warehouse. While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. {Freezer temperatures: (-10 degrees) | Refrigerator temperature (25-35 degrees). The associate is also exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise levels in the warehouse work environment are typically low to moderate.
