Job duties:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, efficiently, and responsibly. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials, finished goods, and supplies between production areas and warehouses. Verify incoming and outgoing material quantities while inspecting shipments carefully for accuracy and potential damage. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation, rigorous material tracking procedures, and stockroom storage assistance. Conduct routine equipment inspections, promptly report safety or maintenance concerns, and keep a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements include:
Prior material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred, with strong preference given to forklift operation history. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively part of a team while maintaining strong attention to detail. Dependable history with a strong commitment to attendance, safety, and the ability to accurately complete inventory records. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. Ability to work stationary for long periods of time, perform repetitive tasks, and safely work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Benefits of working with
