This position balances active outdoor work—such as assisting with vessel docking, managing the fuel dock, and maintaining the facility—with event setup and high-level hospitality. Key Responsibilities Member Satisfaction & Hospitality Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests. Anticipate member needs and maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times. Perform basic groundskeeping and preventative maintenance on the waterfront as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Comfort around water and basic knowledge of boating, knot-tying, and line-handling is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, wind). Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are our busiest times. Benefits & Perks Competitive Hourly Wage + potential for tips from appreciative members. Great opportunity to build networking connections within a premier private club community.
