Sales & Supply Yard Associate

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and ensure proper documentation Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Load and unload supplies, materials, or products safely and efficiently in the supply yard Load customer vehicles and trailers fast, efficiently and safely Assist with deliveries as needed Support delivery drivers by preparing orders, verifying shipments, and ensuring proper documentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping people is essential Previous experience with operating a wheel loader, one ton dump truck and fork lift strongly desired Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading materials safely Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact confidently with customers Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or inventory management software is a plus A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, efficiency, and delivering outstanding service This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in sales, logistics, and customer engagement.
