Responsibilities:
Your Role:
As a Warehouse Clerk (Office Support) is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse records, processing SAP/ERP transactions, supporting shipping and receiving, and providing clerical support to warehouse operations. This role ensures accuracy in inventory, documentation, and reporting while coordinating closely with warehouse staff, planners, and carriers. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Schedule inbound and outbound loads in coordination with carriers and warehouse staff. Create Stock Transfer Orders as needed. Support shipping operations by maintaining Dock TMS daily loads. Monitor CHEP place orders as needed. Input data into SAP or other software systems as required. Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Process and validate PO/STO receipts for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring counts are accurate. Perform PO/STO corrections in SAP as required. Ensure all outbound shipments are posted in SAP. Create and update shipping documents, including bills of lading. Create pick lists and transfer orders as needed. Scan, file, and maintain warehouse documents for compliance. Prepare reports for planners, yard reports, and PFA at month end. Manage the load board, recyclable tracking, and shipment documentation. Run potential shortage reports and communicate with planners; process cuts before picking when needed. Generate and analyze ME2W inbound reports, SE16N new material reports, and other SAP data queries. Track and report CHEP pallets (collections, returns, inspections) using CHEP systems. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Input KPI data as needed for performance tracking and reporting. We need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics support experience. Strong SAP/ERP knowledge (transactions:
LT22, LX02, LL01, LX04, LX26, MB52, MB1A, MB1C, VL06O
). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Obtain Forklift and Bendi certifications.
