Warehouse Associate - Contract Opportunity | Auburn Hills, MI | Starting at $20/Hour Reliance One is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a contract opportunity in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This position supports a fast-paced industrial automation environment where accuracy, safety, and on-time delivery are essential. What You'll Be Doing:

• Receive incoming parts and materials and verify shipments against packing lists and inventory systems
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems and barcode scanners
• Perform cycle counts and help research inventory discrepancies
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or nonconforming materials
• Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, Planning, and other internal teams
• Maintain clean and organized staging, packing, and storage areas
• Follow established safety procedures and OSHA-safe work practices
• Help ensure customer orders are accurate, damage-free, and shipped on schedule

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or material-handling experience
• Ability to accurately read packing slips, part numbers, and work instructions
• Comfortable using barcode scanners and computerized inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for the duration of the shift
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
