Temp-to-Hire We are looking for a versatile Warehouse & Customer Service Associate to join a clean, professional warehouse environment. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, hose assembly, and shipping/receiving. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable jumping between different responsibilities throughout the day, and is willing to help wherever the team needs additional support. This is not a position where you will be assigned to just one department. You may spend part of the day helping customers, then pull orders, assemble hoses, operate a forklift, or assist with shipping and receiving. What You'll Do Customer Service / Will Call Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist customers in finding the appropriate hoses, nozzles, fittings, and related products Answer basic product questions and help customers find what they need Operate a computerized register/POS system as needed Prepare customer orders for pickup Order Fulfillment & Hose Assembly Pull hose, fittings, and other parts for online and customer orders Assemble hoses using hand and power tools Measure, cut, and prepare hose and related components Package completed orders for shipment Assist with general order fulfillment as needed General Warehouse Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment Assist with shipping and receiving Stock and organize warehouse inventory Load and unload materials and customer orders Move products throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Jump in and assist other areas of the operation whenever needed What We're Looking For Versatile and team-oriented: willing to help wherever help is needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment Strong customer service and communication skills Able to work with hand and power tools Comfortable learning different products, processes, and responsibilities Dependable, punctual, and willing to take direction Able to perform very heavy lifting and physical warehouse work throughout the day Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, forklift, hose assembly, or customer service experience is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record strongly preferred, as local delivery responsibilities may become part of the position upon conversion Physical Requirements This is a very physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, loading, and unloading of heavy materials and products.
