Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support various construction activities by performing physical tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring safety standards are maintained on-site. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to exciting projects. Pay will be based on experience so it may be higher or lower than what was posted by the ranges provided!!!! Responsibilities Assist with general construction tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and equipment setup Support roofing, painting, or remodeling crews with their daily activities Follow safety protocols Perform heavy lifting of materials and tools to ensure smooth workflow Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately Help ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout all phases of work Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with construction tools and equipment preferred Understanding of safety standards in production environments Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
