Responsibilities Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and handling materials with precision. Operate powder coating equipment, to apply durable finishes. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, or modify parts as needed during the coating process. Handle materials safely using forklifts and cranes, ensuring proper storage and transportation within the facility. Conduct spot checks to ensure finish quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with fabrication or material processing when required, utilizing a band saw and drill press. Requirements Prior experience with warehouse operations, manufacturing environments, or industrial painting is preferred. Knowledge of forklift operation, crane handling, and materials handling procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, auto painting, or auto body repair is advantageous. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform basic math calculations accurately. Pay:
