Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the Industrial department supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 8 am to 4 pm 2nd shift
  • 4 pm to 12 am overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy including Saturdays What's the Job?
Support production associates by receiving, dispensing, and maintaining inventory in vertical storage units and on the shop floor. Utilize the ERP system for all inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Assist with maintaining inventory levels for vertical storage units (VSU) and report any unplanned issues to the Team Leader. Pull components from VSU for work orders, including printing labels as needed, and ensure proper storage and sequencing. Operate forklifts, carts, and other approved methods to transport materials between departments, performing cycle counts regularly. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED
At least 1 year of forklift experience.
REQUIRED
Basic math skills for inventory management. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret English language documentation. Valid driver's license and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
