Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for organizing, sourcing, and preparing items for shipping. Maintain a clean and safe environment during the receiving, stocking, packing, and loading of materials. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory management team to address inventory discrepancies. Support Warehouse Manager with daily operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PICKING/ORDER
FULFILLMENT
Accurately pick items from inventory based on pick lists and orders Ensure items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipping Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks
RECEIVING
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of delivery documents Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to Warehouse Manager Properly store received items in designated locations
GENERAL WAREHOUSE TASKS
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with other warehouse team members to achieve operational goals Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager Transport product between warehouse and manufacturing facility using company vehicle
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels Process orders, create transfers, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory Perform cycle counts and support quarterly physical inventories
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred Forklift Operator s License is required to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks; instruction to achieve license can be provided Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills for reporting and warehouse systems Valid Driver s License
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization through written and two-way verbal communication Able to read and write at a high school graduate level Able to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds Able to sit, stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Able to operate various office equipment (e.g., personal computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, etc.) Able to work normal and/or extended (evenings, nights and weekends) office hours to meet established deadlines Able to travel independently to support Company objectives and personal development These statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by teammates assigned to this job classification.
