Position Overview:

InkPressions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating clamshell heat presses to decorate clothing, as well as handling various tasks related to the packaging and shipping of garments. This role is essential to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Heat Press Operation:

Use clamshell heat presses to apply designs to garments accurately and efficiently.

Folding and Polybagging:

Neatly fold garments and package them in polybags for shipping.

Quality Control:

Inspect garments for defects and ensure all designs are applied correctly.

Counting and Packaging:

Accurately count garments and package them according to customer specifications.

Shipping Preparation:

Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and organizing packages.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with clamshell heat presses or similar equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Ability to lift and move heavy packages, up to 50 lbs. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
