This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment, supporting various tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting. Prior factory or warehouse experience is a plus, and mechanical aptitude is beneficial. This role is essential for assisting with daily operations, equipment handling, and material management within our manufacturing and construction facilities. Responsibilities Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and power tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform various construction-related tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including storage of tools and materials Assist with mechanical tasks such as assembly, disassembly, or repairs as needed Support warehouse activities including inventory management and stock replenishment Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Power Washing/ Sandblasting Painting Skills Ability to work safely around machinery and adhere to safety guidelines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team This position provides valuable experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, offering opportunities for skill development in a supportive environment.
