Seasonal and Part Time General Laborer - Party Rental

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:

$16/hr (Competitive for the Fenton market).

Schedule:

Part-time/Seasonal. Must be available Saturdays and Sundays . The "Burst"

You'll work hard in the mornings for setups and come back in the evenings for pickups—perfect for someone who wants to keep their mid-day free for summer fun. The Role As a Helper, you are the muscle and the right-hand to our Lead Drivers. You'll be responsible for ensuring every bounce house is perfectly placed, safely staked, and ready for kids to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Drivers with the loading/unloading of inflatables and event equipment. Set up and take down bounce houses, slides, tents, and tables. Clean and sanitize equipment on-site to ensure it meets our "All-Time" standard. Help navigate and guide the delivery truck/trailer into setup locations. Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications Age:

Must be 16 years of age or older. (Applicants under 18 must be able to obtain a Michigan work permit).

Physical Strength:

Must be able to lift, pull, and maneuver heavy vinyl equipment (up to 75 lbs).

Availability:

Strong weekend availability is required.

Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation to our warehouse in Fenton.
