$18/hour plus tips. Driver's license required but no experience or CDL necessary. Fast interview and hiring process.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay: $18/hour plus tips Opportunities for additional pay include: Monthly performance bonus - earn $50 - $250 Weekly bonus opportunities Optional commission job opportunities for long distance moves TIPS earned daily Overtime hours Weekly Pay Pay raise within 6 months if performance metrics are met Opportunities for career growth and advancement HOURS Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression, (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises. Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer's belongings. Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck. Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection. Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 18

years or older Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen Valid driver's license and safe driving record required for drivers Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English verbally with both colleagues and customers Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse labor, manufacturing, or truck driving helpful!

PAID TRAINING

All employees are trained on how to safely lift and move furnishings and boxes. If you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Chauffeur's license.
