Job Summary As a Material Handler / Inventory Auditor, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, transporting, and tracking materials throughout the facility. You'll help maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring all materials meet quality standards before entering production. This position requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment. Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy Safely operate a telehandler or other powered industrial vehicles to move materials throughout the facility Load, unload, transport, and stage materials for production Perform daily inventory audits and cycle counts Repack and organize inventory as needed Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect materials Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Support material flow throughout the warehouse and production areas Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock accuracy Follow company quality standards and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all OSHA and facility safety regulations Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience Telehandler experience is strongly preferred Candidates with forklift or other powered industrial vehicle experience are encouraged to apply Previous inventory, shipping & receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to accurately count and manage inventory Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Frequently lift up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift Work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Safely operate powered industrial equipment Ability to work in varying temperatures typical of warehouse operations Experience in any of the following is a plus: Telehandler operation Forklift operation Material Handling Inventory Control Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Operations Cycle Counting Logistics Manufacturing Quality Inspection What We Offer Weekly Pay Competitive Starting Wage Full-Time Opportunity First Shift Schedule Opportunity for Long-Term Employment Safe and Professional Work Environment Career Growth Opportunities Staffing Agency Support Throughout Your Assignment Apply Today!
