In this role, you will ensure a safe working environment, manage outgoing and incoming shipments, and maintain accurate cycle counts and material handling. Our ideal candidate has some knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and handling and experience in customer service and purchasing. Responsibilities:
Receive shipments, and verify correct quantities to shipping documents Accurately record shipment information in the company system Report shipment discrepancies and issues to the Customer Service Manager Accurately fill orders using shelf inventory and safely package materials for shipping Utilize third-party logistics software to generate shipments Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand carts to move materials Appropriately store materials in the correct warehouse locations Perform inventory counts, identify, and record discrepancies Work with internal departments to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, or receiving Understanding inventory management is desirable Able to work with little to no supervision to complete assigned tasks Good written and oral communication skills and excellent organizational skills Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to sit or stand for long periods Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations and successfully pass a drug screening Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO
