Job Description
This Warehouse Laborer / General Labor position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in being dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Laborer / General Labor employee, you will assist with material handling, production support, warehouse organization, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Responsibilities Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Assist with assembling, packaging, and preparing fluid cooling system components. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Operate basic warehouse equipment and hand tools safely. Inspect products for quality and report any defects or damaged materials. Palletize, label, and prepare shipments for delivery. Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions. Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties. Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals. Perform other general labor tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Strong work ethic with reliable attendance. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
