Responsibilities Assist with shipping logistics by preparing, packing, and labeling orders accurately for dispatch Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load and unload goods efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and locations Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory updates using Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software Conduct stock stocking, picking & packing, and order picking activities to fulfill customer orders promptly Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving procedures for both domestic and international trade requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Strong knowledge of inventory management software, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS) Competence in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation tasks Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment Understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance standards
