Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Plumbing & Heating team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, managing inventory, preparing materials for technicians, and delivering parts to local job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an organized and efficient warehouse. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory and stock warehouse shelves. Receive, organize, and store incoming shipments. Pull parts and materials for plumbing and heating technicians. Deliver parts and equipment to local job sites in a timely manner. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory needs. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Perform light building and grounds maintenance as needed. Follow company safety procedures and assist with general warehouse operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience preferred. Experience in a plumbing, HVAC, heating, or construction supply warehouse is a plus. Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to lift and carry 50-75 pounds throughout the workday. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with technicians, vendors, and team members. Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
