Residential Flooring & Fencing Warehouse Associate

AIS Installations is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our growing fencing and flooring operations. This role includes material handling, job preparation, and daily support for installation crews. Experience handling carpet rolls and fencing materials is required. If you're reliable, hands-on, and take pride in staying organized—this is a strong opportunity. Key Responsibilities Stage and prepare materials for fencing and flooring installations Load and unload installers daily (morning dispatch) Safely handle and move carpet rolls, pad, and fencing materials Operate hi-lo (forklift) for material movement Maintain a clean, organized warehouse Assist with inventory and material tracking Requirements 3+ years warehouse or fencing industry experience Carpet handling experience (required) Hi-lo / forklift experience (required) Ability to lift 50-100 lbs consistently Strong work ethic and reliability Must pass background check Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities Overtime available Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Growth opportunities within a stable company Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) Weekends as needed
