If you are someone who has experience in a warehouse setting and are looking for a full-time warehouse position working for a thriving business, you may be a good fit. Our warehouse team works a compressed schedule of 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts, and has the benefit of enjoying a 3-day weekend (except for weeks with paid holidays).

The Warehouse Associate position is ideal for candidates with recent or current experience in: o Working in a warehouse setting o Operating a fork truck on a routine basis for multiple hours o Loading and unloading trucks o Picking and packing orders o Shrink wrapping pallets o Banding product to pallets o Using a tape gun on a routine basis o Using power tools o Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. individually & consistently o General maintenance, woodworking, and ability to sew are a plus Warehouse Associate Responsibilities o Meet daily picking & packing timelines as assigned by management o Follow specific directions and requirements for picking & packing customer orders o Read/interpret various picking & packing instructions o Additional warehouse/building upkeep and maintenance as assigned o Work independently or as team based on assignment o Excellent attendance record Essential Attributes o Accountable o Accurate o Attention to detail o Collaborative o Cooperative o Courteous o Fast-paced o Flexible o Focused o Follows directions o Organized o Positive attitude o Reliable o Strong work ethic o Willingness to learn
