Part-Time/Seasonal Warehouse Associate

The Part-Time Warehouse Associate Position The Part-Time Summer Warehouse Associate will support high-volume operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active throughout their shift. Responsibilities include unpackaging products, inspecting items for damage, sorting damaged units from sellable inventory, and ensuring proper handling of stock for return or repackaging. Warehouse Associate Position Education:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, and stooping tasks. Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Proven ability to work quickly, efficiently, and identify workflow inefficiencies for process improvement. Compensation, & Structure of the Warehouse Associate Position This position is part-time with a minimum of 24 hours per week (three 8-hour shifts), with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week based on availability. Scheduling is flexible and will be discussed during the interview process. This is a summer position with the potential to transition into full-time. The position is based in the Howell, MI, office, and is currently structured around a Monday-Friday operating schedule.
