Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile, hardworking Logistics Associate to join our team. This is a Temp-to-Hire position (eligible for permanent hire after 480 hours) for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to jump in where needed.

Position OverviewPay:

$18.75/hr

Shift:

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00

PMSchedule Note:

Mandatory Overtime. You must be willing to arrive early, stay late, or work weekends based on operational needs.

Status:

Temp-to-Hire (480-hour probationary period)

Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation:

Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials.

Material Handling:

Assist with re-pack and banding stations to ensure products are secured and ready for shipment.

Team Support:

Maintain a "wherever needed" attitude, rotating between forklift operation and manual warehouse tasks as directed by the Logistics Team.

Safety & Quality:

Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure inventory accuracy during movement.

RequirementsExperience:

Must have at least 6 months of provable forklift experience

Equipment Proficiency:

Competency on both sit-down and stand-up models is required.

Flexibility:

Willingness to perform manual labor (banding/re-packing) and shift tasks quickly.

Availability:

Must be able to commit to the 2p-10p schedule plus mandatory overtime requirements.

PMqualifications:

Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
