Responsibilities Assist with various manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Operate basic machinery and tools as needed. Support team members in completing projects efficiently and effectively. Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
