Primary Functions:

Position is responsible for loading racks on workbars. Ensures rackers are following production schedules and that required materials are in place allowing rackers to meet production requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Read the production board. Read and understand routers. Follow work instructions. Cross train and rack and unload when needed. Required to comply with all work, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. May be required to perform other duties at the direction of the Shift Supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

Must be able to read and follow written work instructions. Attention to detail and quality a must. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds. Must maintain prompt and regular attendance. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and plant employees both verbally and in written form. Position requires significant standing, and ability to bend, squat and move frequently throughout the day. Understands the environmental directives of EPC.
