This role is essential in ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers while maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and possess the ability to navigate delivery routes effectively. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Follow designated delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures when necessary. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management, organizing stock, and ensuring a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries. Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing deliveries and warehouse tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
