We design and manufacture innovative, sustainable packaging components for cold-chain shipping of food and pharmaceutical products. Shifts:

1st Monday-Friday 6:30 am- 2:30 pm 2nd Monday-Friday 2:30 pm-10:30 pm 3rd Monday-Friday 10:30 pm- 6:30 am Duties and Responsibilities include the following . Responsible for running production and following safety rules / procedures. Able to keep up with the flow of production and minimize downtime. Willingness to use band saws, rip saws, baler, and plussing machine. Responsible for building boxes with use of tape gun and staple gun Willingness to help with inventory at the end of the month. Responsible for area safety and housekeeping Committed to continuous process improvement and to produce safe and quality products that meet specifications and our responsibility to our customers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Other duties as necessitated by the business.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in a production environment is preferred. Valid driver's license is also preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Be on your feet for 10-12 hours. Lift up to 50 lbs in a continuous manner Able to reach, bend, kneel and climb while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to work in hot and cold environments. Able to correctly wear PPE for entire shifts. Able to react and respond quickly to noises, smells, visual hazards, and alerts.
