Job Summary:

The General Laborer assists with wrapping and strapping pallets or products, inspecting loads for quality and stability, and safely unloading and moving heavy items with a team partner. This role requires following safety procedures, maintaining efficient operations, and communicating any issues or hazards to supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Wrap and strap pallets or products using shrink wrap, stretch wrap, banding, or strapping materials Inspect wrapped/strapped products for quality and stability Manually offload items weighing up to 50 lbs. Work collaboratively with a partner to lift, carry, and move products and materials safely. Ensure timely unloading to maintain smooth warehouse or delivery operations. Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Identify and report damaged materials or unsafe conditions to supervision

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently. Must be able to stand for 10 -11.5 hours. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Prior experience in manual labor, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule Shift:

Day / Night / Flexible / 12-hour shift Weekend availability preferred
