Spring through Fall Immediate Openings - Full-Time, Steady Hours Personnel World is hiring a Seasonal Shipping Clerk for a busy and growing operation in Mason. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working both indoors and outdoors. Position Overview In this role, you will support daily shipping and warehouse operations, including preparing orders, assembling parts, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a mix of physical and light clerical tasks. What You'll Be Doing Check and verify parts prior to shipment for accuracy Assemble parts into subassemblies as needed Load and unload trucks, including strapping and securing loads Operate a forklift to move materials and assist with shipping operations Use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws, etc.) Read part numbers, count inventory, and label shipments Enter basic shipping and inventory data into the system What We're Looking For Forklift experience required Ability to read blueprints is preferred Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and safety Why This Job Stands Out Immediate start available Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Full-time hours throughout the season Combination of warehouse and light clerical work Great opportunity for candidates looking for steady seasonal employment Great Fit For Shipping and receiving or warehouse associates Forklift operators seeking consistent hours Candidates who prefer hands-on, active work environments
