With a team of 50+ employees, we take pride in precision, reliability, and craftsmanship. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated General Laborer to join our team. This role is hands-on and supports multiple departments across the shop floor. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily production operations, including cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly of metal components. Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures. Support machine operators and fabricators with prep work and material handling. Perform quality checks and report issues to supervisors. Other general duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or metal fabrication is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills. Must be reliable and punctual.
