Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, receiving, stocking, and order processing in a warehouse environment. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service while ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining an organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory. Process requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory transactions using computer systems. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock replenishment. Issue and track materials, tools, and equipment. Load and restock vending machines within the warehouse. Support receiving, shipping, and general warehouse operations. Perform 5S activities (sorting, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining work areas). Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, or storeroom experience. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and inventory management systems preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe shoes required.
