Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as necessary.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO LIVE IN THE MONROE, MI AREA. ALSO, YOU MUST INTERVIEW AND ONBOARD AT OUR WARREN, MI OFFICE.
Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and cranes to move products safely and efficiently. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately. Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory records in the AS400 system. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring products are handled with care. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and address any operational issues. Keep the warehouse organized and clean, adhering to best practices for safety and efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various warehouse equipment effectively. Familiarity with inventory control processes and order picking techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 lbs). Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
