Warehouse Associate Shipping & Receiving

About Us We are a growing ecommerce company in the firearms industry, shipping products nationwide with a focus on speed, accuracy, and great customer experience. We run a high-volume, detail-critical warehouse and are looking for a reliable team member to help us keep orders moving. Role Summary You will be responsible for accurate receiving of inbound product and efficient, error-free shipping of customer orders. This role requires high attention to detail, comfort working with serialized products, and the ability to follow processes exactly. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory Receive inbound shipments, unload, count, and verify product against invoices / packing slips Accurately log and label serialized products in our system Inspect incoming items for damage, discrepancies, or missing parts and report issues promptly Organize and stock inventory in the correct locations to maintain an orderly warehouse Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick products according to picking lists and order management system Verify SKUs, quantities, and serial numbers before packing Pack orders securely and efficiently to prevent damage in transit Generate shipping labels, match paperwork, and stage packages for carrier pickup Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail, especially when reading invoices and handling serialized items Basic computer skills; comfortable using order management / shipping software Reliable, on-time, and able to follow written and verbal instructions Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all company and federal regulations related to firearms Nice to Have Experience in firearms, sporting goods, or a regulated industry Familiarity with FFL environments or serialized inventory management
