Visit our website at tmmill.com to learn more about us. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse. Assist in the manufacturing of custom wood products ensuring quality standards are met. Fabricate components as needed using hand tools and power tools, following safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols within the manufacturing facility. Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Experience in fabricating components using various hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work effectively in a team setting while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
