Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and supporting the shipping and receiving department with inbound and outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, and forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Perform raw material pulls for production. Understand and assist with Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) (preferred). Conduct stock rotation to ensure FIFO practices. Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. Pick orders accurately and efficiently. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Load and unload trucks as needed. Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Work independently and unsupervised when required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Minimum of 2 years Forklift experience. Familiarity with BOLs and TMS is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
