Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team in a dynamic facility. This position involves various tasks that support the production process and ensure the smooth operation of our assembly line. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, utilizing mechanical knowledge as needed. Move materials and products within the warehouse using forklifts or other equipment, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes. Requirements Previous factory experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse experience is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is beneficial. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
