Job Duties Assemble and fill customer and branch orders for shipment. Load and unload company and common carrier vehicles safely and efficiently. Prepare customer orders for shipment via UPS and LTL carriers. Process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), shipping labels, and customer-specific shipping instructions. Verify order accuracy by checking quantities, descriptions, and shipment contents against invoices and packing documentation. Pack and organize orders onto shelves or designated staging areas according to delivery routes. Operate warehouse scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for order picking, inventory tracking, and material put-away. Assist with receiving and stocking materials after delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Support other warehouse personnel and perform additional duties as assigned. Adhere to all safety requirements, including wearing required work boots at all times. Employees in this role are not permitted to perform any driving responsibilities for the duration of the assignment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. General knowledge of electrical products preferred. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attendance and reliability record required. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to support customer satisfaction. Basic math skills required to accurately complete inventory counts, order verification, and shipping tasks. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to lift, move, and handle sit down and stand up forklift Experience using handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
