Warehouse Sorter - 1st Shift 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed $15.00 Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assembly Sorter to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, organizing, assembling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Sort products, materials, and components according to company standards and work orders Assemble products or packaging components as required Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before shipment Label, package, and prepare products for distribution Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization within the warehouse Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners (if certified) Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, assembly, or sorting experience preferred but not required Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and within a team environment #INDLiv
