Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This role combines the essential responsibilities of delivering goods safely and efficiently to customers with supporting warehouse operations. You will be the face of our company on the road, providing excellent customer service while ensuring timely deliveries, as well as assisting with loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. Responsibilities Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and personal vehicles for delivery purposes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load and unload products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, ensuring safe lifting practices at all times. Deliver goods directly to customers' locations, providing professional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Plan and follow efficient route driving schedules to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining safety on the road. Assist in warehouse operations by organizing inventory, moving stock using manual handling equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Use mobile devices or delivery apps to track deliveries, update statuses, and communicate with team members effectively. Support warehouse tasks such as inventory management, material handling, and operating equipment like pallet jacks when necessary. Qualifications Strong understanding of route driving and traffic regulations. Warehouse experience including manual handling, moving heavy loads, and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
