Michigan Pallet Production Worker Production Worker Position This is a physical job performing general labor in a warehouse factory environment. Using a variety of equipment and methods during an average day, our general labor employees cut and stack wood to specification, build new pallets, sort and repair used pallets all the while following our safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications / Expectations

The capacity to work in a physically demanding sawmill / warehouse environment with some outside work and in all temperatures is required. The ability to continuously bend & twist with some jobs requiring heavy lifting repetitively throughout the shift is required. Must be able to meet or exceed our fast-paced productivity goals and standards while following our safety and housekeeping requirements. The ability to work a flexible schedule - Some overtime may be mandatory. An occasional Saturday, NEVER on Sunday Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Must possess and be able to read a tape measure. Must be 18 years or older Most positions are Production Based Pay, the more product you build or wood you cut, the more income you take home.
