Job Description

Material Handlers wanted.
Schedule:
6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Load, unload, and move materials within the plant, yard, or worksite. Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved. Safety is the primary responsibility of each employee. Obey all safety rules and make safety an integral part of each task. Stop work if continuing is unsafe or will create an unsafe condition.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Act with utmost integrity, professionalism and positive attitude. Must be a team player. Must be able to perform all work assignments with minimal supervision.
EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous material handling experience required . Must be able to pass drug and background screenings
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMAND
While performing duties you may be required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Exposed to manufacturing plant conditions and elements including but not limited to noise, dust, dirt, oil and grease. PPE's will be required including safety glasses, ear plugs and/or safety shoes.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Forklift Certified - 30 days

$16.28 per hour
