Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to join a manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic material handling experience who is looking for steady, full-time employment and the potential to be hired directly by the company. Minimal high-low (forklift) experience is required. Candidates do not need extensive forklift experience but should be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Transport raw materials, supplies, and finished products throughout the facility. Operate a high-low (forklift) to move and organize materials safely. Supply production areas with materials to keep operations running efficiently. Load, unload, stack, and organize materials as needed. Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Assist with additional production or material handling tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimal high-low (forklift) operating experience required. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Willingness to work overtime when available.
