Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help us meet customer expectations and maintain efficient warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and logistics processes while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport inventory safely and efficiently Pick and pack customer orders accurately using order picker tools and warehouse management systems (WMS) Prepare shipments by labeling, packaging, and verifying items for shipping & receiving processes Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas to optimize space and accessibility Utilize AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory tracking and order processing Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and unloading incoming shipments with proper safety procedures Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, or pallet jack is highly desirable Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is a plus Strong basic math skills for counting, measurements, and inventory calculations Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy loads, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in handling equipment and inventory Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success!
