Job Overview:
Watson Engineering, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic General Labors to perform miscellaneous general labor activities on our fast-growing team.Job Duties:
Pulling parts off the laser machine (lifting up to 50 lbs) Counting parts accurately that are produced by various machines and equipment Processing parts (clean, finish, assemble, package and transport) Cleaning and other general shop tasksJob Skills:
Learn and master new skills; Understand and follow directions and rules; Safely and effectively operate various machinery and equipment; Communicate effectively (written and oral) with other WEI employees and management; Work efficiently in a fast paced manufacturing environment with the flexibility to prioritize duties and multi-task at different levels Must be able to read and understand work instruction plans, diagrams and specifications and effectively communicate and interact with others Lift up to 50lbs Requirements include passing a drug screen and background check prior to start Position is contract to direct after 45- 60 days based on attendance and performance.
